Dr Kristen Lion Duffy, DPT, CSCS, FLAG certified nutritionist, Reiki master, Hot 26/2 yoga and Pilates certified
Her passion and mission is empowering women and men to improve their own health by learning to balance harmony in their bodies through nutrition and movement.
In addition to her clinical work, she hosts international yoga and healing retreats that blend evidence-based medicine with nervous system regulation and holistic restoration.
Since 2007, she has helped many clients manage weight, improve metabolic health, support fertility, navigate hormonal transitions, heal from a chronic condition or optimize athletic performance.
Her work bridges whole food nutrition, movement science, gut health, detoxification and autophagy to create a comprehensive approach to lasting wellness.

The Toe Dip: Free 30 minute consultation to discover your journey
Dive Right In: $299 includes 1 hour consultation, review of paperwork, and development of a plan. Ala carte follow-up visits for 45 minutes for $199 each visit

Package 1: includes consultation, 1-2 week follow-up, monthly 1-hour follow-ups for 6 months total = $1299 - That's $49 a week!
Package 2: includes consultation, 1–2-week follow-up, monthly 1-hour follow-ups for 12 months - That's $36 a week!

After completion of your successful journey, you may want someone to check up on you and guide you. Monthly memberships for as long as you would like for $150 a month. This will include a 30-minute call quarterly, plus access to my free resources and community
